Todd Lanier brings more than 30 years of experience as an educational consultant. He is the principal of the Lanier Education Group where he provides support for students and families in the areas of psycho-educational testing, academic screenings, diagnoses, coaching and counseling for a range of learning differences including ADHD, twice exceptional (2e), gifted, dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and executive function, processing, and anxiety disorders. He also provides special education coaching and assessments connected to 504 plans and IEPs, expert witness services, and school placement. He has been in private practice for 26 years and formerly worked as graduate level faculty member at Johns Hopkins University instructing in the application of appraisals and testing for counselors. He was a guest lecturer at Teikyo Marycrest University and a teaching assistant at James Madison University in the field of psychology. Todd has worked as a school counselor, school psychologist, and mentor for at-risk children and adolescents in several locales. Todd earned an Education Specialist (Ed.S.) postgraduate degree in School and Counseling Psychology from James Madison University in 1992.
