Linn, Les

Leslie Linn is an accomplished band director, coach, and clinician. With over 25 years of experience, he has created and facilitated innovative instrumental programs for schools and programs across the country. Les has performed with the Arizona Opera, Chautauqua Symphony Orchestras, and the Wichita Symphony where he has also served on several committees. He currently plays trumpet for the esteemed Loudoun Symphony Orchestra. Les is certified to teach in Virginia and worked previously as a Band Director at five local middle and high schools, with the most recent being Riverbend Middle School in Sterling. Along with directing large group bands and orchestras, he teaches private lessons to students of all ages. Les earned a Bachelor of Music Education from Wichita State University in Wichita, KS, and a Master of Music from Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ.
