Eastridge, Jessica

Jessica Eastridge is an experienced instrumental music teacher, band director, and musician. She brings band experience from a variety of school settings including Riverbend Middle School in Sterling, VA; Hutto Middle School in Bainbridge, GA; and Pinckney Elementary School in Columbia, SC. Jessica has lead school concert bands along with specialty groups such as steel pans band, jazz band, marching band, wind ensemble, and district bands. Before establishing the Dulles Area Summer Band Clinic at Compass, she was the co-director of the Potomac Falls Summer Band Academy. She has developed music curriculum and served as a school department chair. Jessica also worked as an early childhood music teacher at the Community Music School in Newark, DE. She is affiliated with the Gordon Institute for Music Learning at the University of South Carolina and is a member of the National Association for Music Education, Virginia Music Educators Association, Virginia Band and Orchestra Directors Association, and Tau Beta Sigma National Honorary Band Sorority. Jessica earned a Master of Music in Music Education from the University of Deleware and a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from the University of South Carolina.
