Therapeutic Arts Science and Growth Mindset (TASGM)
Sheila Anwari is a Therapeutic Art Life Coach who designs and delivers innovative programs for children, teens, and adults that integreate Art and Science. Sheila uses her science and arts-influenced background to develop original curriculum, workshops, and seminars through her business, Therapeutic Arts Science and Growth Mindset (TASGM) which is co-located at Compass’s Herndon learning center (Office H-12). She is passionate about teaching that art and science go hand-in-hand and that the intersection of these areas invoke creativity and imagination and inspire confidence while enhancing mindfulness, clarity, creativity, and wellness. Sheila can use guided or movement meditation in her STEAM- inspired programs as a form of stress relief to combat anxiety and depression. She earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from George Mason University and MBA in Technology Management from University of Phoenix.
