Osk Huneycutt is the owner and lead instructor of Outdoor Science Kids LLC. She previously served as the lead instructor for the Science Place. She has taught innovative, hands-on science courses at several homeschool co-ops and enrichment programs across Northern Virginia, as well as The Sheridan School in Washington DC since 2014. She is a Charlotte Mason- trained teacher and has experience implementing several non-traditional teaching methods in a variety of settings. An avid nature-lover and adventurer who hails from wild and rugged Iceland, Osk is certified as a Wilderness First Responder, a Virginia Master Naturalist, and a guide for the Natural Leaders program. She led a weekly forest school playgroup for preschoolers. She homeschooled her adult daughter through high school and is currently homeschooling her son.
