Carole Deason is a dedicated educator with decades of experience working with children and adults in a multitude of instructional settings. She has a robust background in international education and training. Carole has been teaching at Fairfax County Public Schools for the last ten years, where she elevates reading and writing skills for immigrants and EASL learners. Along with being multilingual, (fluent in English, Spanish and Arabic) she serves as a leader and mentor for many area non-profits.
