REMINDER: Registration Opens Tomorrow Nov. 19 for Compass Winter Classes!

Don’t forget! Early Registration begins tomorrow on Tuesday, November 19 at 6:00 am for 3rd quarter and 2nd semester classes. See the complete list of winter classes online! A 10% discount is offered through December 13. Remember that the second half of the Compass year is longer with 8-week quarters and a 16-week semester. Classes begin January 13, 2025.

If you picked up a draft copy of the schedule last week, there have been several updates. Please note these changes when registering:

  • Concert Band: New Beginners: the correct time for winter is 10:00 am – 10:55 am on Mondays
  • Homeschool Concert Band: for continuing beginners* and advanced beginners will meet from 10:30 am – 11:55 am on Mondays (*by instructor recommendation)
  • Spanish Para Pequenos (Spanish for Little Ones) will be offered on Mondays at 1:00 pm like the current semester instead of Wednesdays. The class is also offered on Tuesdays at 12:00 pm.
  • Successful Social Skills for Kids: a new section is offered on Thursdays at 11:00 am in addition to the Tuesday class.
  • Successful Social Skills for Teens: a new section is offered on Thursdays at 10:00 am in addition to the Tuesday class.

Join Compass for our 13th year! We are continuing to innovate and create new opportunities for homeschoolers. New families are welcome to enroll. More than 200 classes are offered a-la-carte for homeschooled students in K-12th grade. Mix and match classes in math, science, engineering, technology, history, humanities, geography, writing, English, Latin, French, Spanish, ASL, art, music, drama, cooking, chess, fitness, fencing, career exploration and more! All classes are taught by enthusiastic subject matter experts and teaching artists.
